    Wadeaf 2015 concluded its events on Wednesday October 14, with remarkable attendance
     
    Wadeaf 2015 concluded its events today, Wednesday October 14, 2014. The last day was allocated for families, and it is considered as the largest assembly of companies organized by Asharqia chamber of commerce. It was organized in cooperation with Dhahran expo which hosts this exhibition in its location in Khobar/Dammam costal road. His royal highness prince Saud ibn Nayef sponsors the exhibition. The attendance was remarkable and amounted to 19 thousand.
     
    Abdul Rahman bin Saleh Al-Otaishan, Chairman of Asharqia Chamber extended his gratitude for his royal highness, prince Saud bin Nayef for sponsoring this exhibition, as well as the participating companies which supplied more than 5000 jobs.  He asserted that his auspice added a prestigious flare to the event. He mentioned that this exhibition has introduced new examples of the most successful entrepreneurial businesses. This assures that some generations can overcome obstacles, and achieve success in a way that speaks to the different social groups in the region. It will introduce companies and enterprises owned by young businessmen and women in the region, thus, this exhibition will support their efforts and introduce them, their services and products to the public. It comes as a part of the chambers efforts to create new generation of private sector leadership. It aims to encourage talented businessmen and women, and introduce them to the latest management ways and methods, as well as managing their businesses in the best possible way. He added that this exhibit is a clear improvement comparted to the exhibitions that were held in the previous years. The work team’s preparations and continuous efforts had succeeded in executing the work plan, and made this event a success.  He assured that the main objective of such exhibitions was reached. The aim was  to give young businessmen and women the opportunity to present their businesses in a professional way, which will essentially help them in the future whether in opening their own stores or in partnering with other businesses to display their products in professional commercial way.  
      Al-Otaishan extended his thanks to all the speakers who participated in giving workshops. The workshops commenced with Mahmoud ibn Issam afandi, a consultant in the ministry of labor with a workshop for males titled “employee rights in the Saudi labor law.” On October 12, 2015. Al-Rasheed Company’s vice president, Wael ibn Abdulrahman Albassam, conducted another workshop; it was titled “skills for a successful job interview.” The second workshop was held on Tuesday night, from 5:45 until 6:45, October 13, 2015. It was titled “my CV is the way to get a job” and it is for males only. It will be conducted by Mohammed ibn Mubarak baziad, the HR manager in Al-Rashid group. The workshops program will concluded on Wednesday with a workshop for female participants, conducted by personnel management consultant in Saudi Aramco, Mariam Abdullah AlAbdulateef, and titled “my job is my future.” It is worth noting that this exhibit was for all job seekers, whether recent graduates or experienced to compete for jobs and find what fits their needs and capabilities from the supplied jobs in the exhibit.
